The Oliver Sessions – a fundraiser

The $100 session fee includes a 20-minute portrait mini-session, 5-10 images posted to a password-protected web gallery, and one high resolution digital file. Additional files are available at a discounted rate of $50 each. All proceeds made from these sessions will be donated to the Oliver Fund.
“There is no foot too small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world…”
I had a session scheduled for next week with an adorable little boy named Oliver. Oliver was born with heart troubles and Down syndrome. Sweet baby Oliver sure had a rough start. He has had multiple health issues from day one, but that did not stop anyone from falling deeply, madly, passionately in love with him. He had open heart surgery late last week, things went well and everything was perfect…right up until it wasn’t. He left this physical world, but lives on in the hearts of so many people who loved him. We are so thankful for the time we did have with this incredible little boy.
Proceeds from these mini-sessions will be gifted to Oliver’s parents to ease their financial burdens in their time of grief.
Contact Gail (email@example.com) for more information and to schedule a session – availability is limited.
UPDATE!!! A VERY generous patron is covering the donation of a mini session for a needy family. Leave me a comment below and I’ll pick a random comment below for a free mini session and one free high resolution file – be sure to leave your email! This is short notice, I know, so the session can take place anytime but must be redeemed before July 1, 2010. Session can be used for Easter pics, Mother’s Day, engagement pics, pet portraits – just about anything you’d love to have a few images of. Session to take place at Gail’s studio. Contest ends Sunday March 28th at midnight. Random.org will be used to pick winner.
Last update 4/1/2010: Contest has been closed and winner will be announced with a sneak peek from our mini session marathon later this week. Thank you so much for all the kind thoughts, words and prayers!
